On changes in APRANGA Group structure
Apranga Group has a new member – subsidiary APRANGA OU in Estonia,
which has paid-in capital of EEK 7 million (EUR 447 thousand).
Apranga APB controls 100% of the company’s capital and voting rights.
Apranga APB has completed reorganization during which it has acquired
Tokata AB and Sesupe – Ontario AB, which have ended their activities.
