The first Emporio Armani store in Tallinn was opened under a franchise
agreement with Giorgio Armani S.p.A. in autumn 2006. However, in December 2009,
Apranga Group made a decision to move the store with a smaller area to the
prestigious part of Tallinn old town where luxury boutiques are concentrated in
order to optimise the areas and costs of the stores managed.

According to Rimantas Perveneckas, Apranga Group Director General, Emporio
Armani in Tallinn is among the most beautiful and modern Apranga Group stores
in the Baltic States. This spring, Apranga Group is strengthening the sector of
luxury goods in Tallinn by implementing two projects - Emporio Armani and Hugo
Boss - and hopes to be successful in establishing in this segment and
attracting more customers to it.

The first Emporio Armani store in the Baltic States was opened by Apranga Group
in Riga in August 2004. It was also the first Emporio Armani store in Eastern
Europe. In six months, Emporio Armani was opened in Vilnius as well.

goods. Armani Group not only manufactures several lines of apparel for men and
women but also offers accessories, watches, glasses, jewellery, perfume, beauty
products, apparel for children and items for home interiors. The patented

and has over 5,000 employees. In total, over 500 stores, including 171 Emporio
Armani stores, operate in the world. The first Emporio Armani store was opened
in Milan in 1981.

manufacturers and works under franchise agreements with Zara, Hugo Boss,

Mexx, Stradivarius, s.Oliver. Currently, Apranga Group manages 107 stores: 71
in Lithuania, 28 in Latvia and 8 in Estonia.
