Apranga APB Group turnover of the first eight months of 2005.
The turnover of Apranga APB Group, the leader of retail trade of clothes in
Lithuania, in August 2005 was LTL 18 853.8 thousand (EUR 5 460.4 thousand)
and increased by 44.9% over corresponding period of previous year. This is
not only the best result of the single month this year but the absolute record
of Apranga APB Group single month turnover also.
The turnover of Apranga APB Group in Lithuania in August 2005 was LTL 12 178.9
thousand (EUR 3 527.3 thousand) and increased by 40.4%, the turnover of
Apranga APB Group in foreign markets was LTL 6 674.9 thousand (EUR 1 933.2
thousand) and increased by 53.9%.
The better than planned turnover of Apranga APB Group in August 2005 is
the result of very successful sales of the new (Autumn/Winter) collections
and the efficient management of chain expansion.
The turnover of Apranga APB Group during the first eight months of 2005 was
LTL 118 560.4 thousand (EUR 34 337.5 thousand) and increased by 65% over
corresponding period of previous year.
The turnover of Apranga APB Group in Lithuania during the first eight months
of 2005 increased by 31.3%, in foreign markets - 3.3 times. The share of
the foreign markets turnover in the all Group turnover increased since 17.2%
till 34.1% during the year.
At the present time Apranga APB Group in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia manage
the chain of 44 stores. Till the end of the year Apranga APB Group is going
to open 9 new stores and to close 2 stores.
