Regarding inclusion of the APRANGA APB securities to the Main List
5th September 2005 APRANGA APB submitted the application to the Vilnius Stock
Exchange (thereinafter VSE) for the inclusion of 8 822 990 units of ordinary
registered shares, which nominal value is LTL 1 and ISIN code is LT0000102337,
to the Main List.
Currently ordinary registered shares of APRANGA APB are included into VSE
I-List (the date of inclusion - 26th May 1997).
